Originally an extension to a farm house and now a small private house.
It is mid to late 18th century with an early 17th century stack which is shared with Western house, that is attached to. Built of coursed clunch rubble, with brick dressings and a plain tiled roof the chimney stacks are rendered in keeping with the neighbouring property. It is a single-unit plan with a rear out shut with two storeys.
The front of the house has horizontal-sliding casements, to left of centre, at ground and first floors with an entrance to the extreme left. In line with the massive stack is a section of early-C17 rubble walling with narrow-brick quoins. Left gable wall has further similar sashes. The property would have been listed because of its group value.
