During late 2023 & early 2024 a full survey of the Churchyard at St Laurence Church was taken and photographs of all legible gravestones were taken.
As much information regarding names and dates as possible has been recorded as accurately as possible but there are many gravestones that are deteriorating quite significantly. However, if you think we may have made an error please do contact us and we will check the gravestone again and come back to you.
If you wish to visit and look for the grave of a relative we have effectively divided the churchyard into sections to make it easier for you to locate the area in which your relative’s grave should be found, see map below. The line dividing the South side is imaginary but is in line with the Church Cross
